*Please note* Submissions are suspended for the present time! Sorry, but it has become unavoidable. ******* So you would like me to link to your site? Wonderful!! I am always happy to list high quality basketry sites in my library, but I have to know about them first. I spend a good deal of time searching the Internet for interesting basketry related sites, but I could well have missed yours. Sites I link to must be of high quality and be reliably served. Sites must have strong appeal to the community of makers of individually handcrafted baskets, which is the focus of this site. I am particularly interested in the work of professional basket artists (both traditional and contemporary) and basketmakers continuing the folk art traditions of basketry. I will not list sites that are hosted on free websites such as Geocities or Tripod or others that spawn numerous pop-up advertisements, drive-by spyware or scumware downloads no matter how interesting the basketry content may be. If you ever encounter a listing such as this on BasketMakers that may have changed since I originally created a link, please alert me and I will take down the link as soon as practical. Commercial sites will only be included in one free listing if they offer content that is of interest to basketmakers, such as free basket patterns, tutorials or techniques beyond that of products for sale. Links from BasketMakers to such commercial sites may direct readers to the informational content rather than the main page. All free listing link titles and annotations of the sites will be written by me and all additions will be subject to my sole discretion. Additional opportunities for promoting your commercial basketry site on BasketMakers that do allow some customization are described here. If you want your site reviewed for possible listing here, contact me with your site information. That's all it takes! Quite simple isn't it? I always appreciate a reciprocal link. If you'd like to link to this site, just drop in on my how to link page and find out how!
